Our 16,000 square foot studio space in Signal Hill features monthly lockout rentals, with prices starting at $400/mo.  The facilities include ample onsite parking, free WiFi, soundproofed and climate controlled rooms, 24-hour access, security cameras, and clean restrooms.

Locally Grown

International City Studios began as a single room. Built into the back of a warehouse as a space for friends to play music, it was quickly in use every night of the week, strictly by word of mouth.  Sensing the need for practice spaces in the Long Beach / Signal Hill area, and discovering that few businesses offer this service to the many artists and musicians that live locally, International City Studios has grown over the past 8 years, now offering 16,000 square feet of musician owned and operated rehearsal studios.  We are proud to support our local music scene as a locally grown, locally owned business.
